Getting Started
How do I place a Made to Order?
Head to our Made to Order page and select the items you'd like to purchase. Make to select vessel color preferences where applicable. Payment is collected at checkout and your order is confirmed once it goes through.
What if I'm not sure what I want?
No worries — that's what we're here for! Reach out to us directly at shop@fioriflorals.biz or fill out our contact form and we'll help you figure out what arrangement style and quantity makes the most sense for your gathering.
Ordering & Flowers
Can I pick my specific flowers?
Since flowers come in and out of season throughout the year, we can't guarantee specific flower types. All flowers used in your order will align with your chosen color palette, and we always source the freshest, most beautiful stems available at the time of your event.
What can I customize?
You'll select your overall color palette and vessel color (if applicable) when placing your order. From there, our team curates the flowers and builds your arrangements to match. Think of it as a collaboration — you set the vibe, we handle the rest.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We require a minimum of one week advance notice for all Made to Order arrangements. This gives us enough time to source the best flowers for your palette and prepare your order with care.
Delivery & Pickup
Will Fiori deliver my order?
Delivery is available within a certain distance of our Worthington studio. At checkout, you'll enter your delivery address and our system will let you know right away whether we deliver to your location. If we do, the delivery fee will automatically be added to your order total.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes! Local pickup is available at our Worthington studio. At checkout, you'll select your preferred pickup date and time so your flowers are as fresh as possible for your event.
How do I choose my delivery or pickup time?
During checkout you'll select your preferred date and time for either delivery or pickup. We'll use that to make sure your order is ready and at its best when you need it.
Bouquet Bars
Does someone from Fiori stay to help assemble bouquets at a bouquet bar?
At this time we do not offer for a member of our team to facilitate the bouquet bar.
What events are bouquet bars great for?
Bouquet bars are a beautiful addition to bridal showers, birthday parties, baby showers, team events, and intimate gatherings. Guests love the hands-on experience — and everyone goes home with something gorgeous.
Payment, Cancellations, & Refunds
When is payment due?
Full payment is required at checkout in order for your order to be placed and confirmed. We do not hold orders without payment.
Can I cancel my order?
All Made to Order purchases are final. Because our arrangements are curated specifically for your event and flowers are sourced in advance, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or offer refunds once an order is placed. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations.
What if something is wrong with my order?
We take great care in preparing every order. If there is an issue with your arrangement upon receiving, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make it right.
